Anderson Mediation
Family Law Forensic Financial Analysis,
Business Management Consultancy,
and Dispute Advisory
Anderson Mediation is a specialist advisory practice delivering family law forensic financial analysis, business management consultancy—including CFO support—and dispute advisory across complex personal, commercial, and regulated matters.
Led by Sheree Anderson, the practice integrates financial discipline, legal literacy, and dispute resolution expertise to address matters where financial complexity, regulatory obligations, and human conflict intersect. Our integrated approach combines finance, law, and dispute resolution to provide clarity, procedural integrity, and strategic outcomes for individuals, families, and organisations.
All engagements commence with a Preliminary Conference, a structured consultancy intake designed to assess suitability, clarify objectives, and determine the appropriate consultancy or dispute pathway. Services are delivered from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with national capability via secure online platforms.

Engagement Pathway

All matters commence with a structured intake to ensure clarity, suitability, and the most effective pathway for resolution or advisory support. The process includes:
1. Booking and pre-payment of a Preliminary Conference
2. Independent and confidential assessment of suitability and appropriateness
3. Determination of the most appropriate pathway, including referral where required
4. Issuance of written engagement terms issued before any service is delivered
This structured approach ensures procedural integrity, transparency, and clarity for clients and referring professionals.
Preliminary Conference
The Preliminary Conference is a structured intake and assessment, not mediation, coaching, or advice. It focuses on:
• Understanding the nature and context of the matter.
• Clarifying objectives, priorities, and constraints.
• Assessing suitability for dispute advisory, business management consultancy, or professional mediation.
• Identifying any safety, capacity, or appropriateness considerations.
• Explaining relevant pathways and next steps.
Completion of the Preliminary Conference is required before any further service is delivered.
